I use my own mod
Its like Neo_Nux009's with respect to the weird anti backterial pen, but mines red and then to metal pen tips and then Pilot Dr Grip's grips on each end. It workes really well with infinity tricks cause the end grips mould into your fingers quite well. I've called it:

Well, I actually made a slight modification to my Dual Dr AntiBacterial: I added two pilot super grips on the end of the pen, then put the two Dr Grips over those. It adds the extra weight needed, and also prevents the Dr Grips from sliding off
Its a very good pen now:

Here are my pen mods.
This first one is the one I use and made myself. Its called Dual Dr Elite:
The second one here is an MX that Neonux_009 helped me create. It actually uses a Pentel Sunburst instead of a RSVP:
And my thrid pen is based on a KT and uses Dr Grip tips and the grip on a Art pen that I found in an arts and craft shop:

I currently use a BICtory, but with Ultra Round BIC's instead of the normal Round BICs. The extra grip things on the Ultra Rounds give more weight on the sides.
