    Inter-team Competition?

Maybe we could split this up into two sections:

One tourny for maybe one year+ spinners like huroni, etc
    and
Another for people like me tongue.gif

Hmmm a prize could be like a trophy userbar that the winner could flaunt in his sig.
    I could make that. biggrin.gif
    (I made the team's userbar afterall biggrin.gif)

but i also wanted an alternative method to improve the moonlight team. I was thinking of a
mentor scheme or team groupings where there is a constant flow of what to improve on.
For example, each team would have a range of pen spinners with different strenghts and
weaknesses. mm this sounds too hxc...dry.gif .. thinks about another alternative*

    mm well im in.

so like you got a certain mentor which you go to for certain things like smoothness, linkage or w/e ??????

well yeah. kinda of like a 2 way coaching kinda thing. like every month we set goals and at the end we show what we can do etc.

    Not very feasible.
We do not have a 1:1 ratio of experienced spinners (>1 Year) to less experienced spinners (<1 Year)
It would be more helpful if people post up what they want to achieve in a set amount of time and the more experienced spinners can put up video tutorials, etc to correct the technique, etc.

I could set up friendly competitions with other relatively new teams such as my Singapore Spinners team.

Also, we would have to establish:-

    1. A Team Logo. (Not a signature style)
Definition of a logo: A logo (Greek λογότυπος = logotypos) is a graphical element, (ideogram, symbol, emblem, icon, sign) that, together with its logotype (a uniquely set and arranged typeface) form a trademark or commercial brand. Typically, a logo's design is for immediate recognition, inspiring trust, admiration, loyalty and an implied superiority. The logo is one aspect of a company's commercial brand, or economic or academic entity, and its shapes, colors, fonts, and images usually are different from others in a similar market. Logos are also used to identify organizations and other non-commercial entities.

Which basically means it must be simple and easy to recognise which means something like this

    Should not be accepted because:-
    a. Its very complex
    b. Its huge
    c. Even though it immediately represents the Moonlight Trust team, it has much redundancies within the image.

    A good example would be

It has a low colour range and is instantly recognisable.

Take a look at the UPSB logo,

This should be the standard for the logo.

Please take a look at this: http://www.logoworks.com/design-your-logo.html

    2. We need to establish a proper structure.
Routines such as maybe monthly battles between members.
We need a definitive rank system.
Also maybe audits from time to time to clean up the team.
    Inactive members should be kicked.
Professor should be kicked. He is banned.

    3.Practises
Practises to differenciate us from other teams could be implemented. Such as like an identifying token when filming.

    4.A rule page.
Rules should be set firmly and guidelines should be in place.
I will draft out something if the leader agrees with this.
