First of all what length are we aiming for here?

30 minutes per 2 weeks, does that sound reasonable?

To me, the podcast should be covering stuff that should have been covered PS Magazine (unfortunately down).

That is, we start by discussing the latest news at in the PS world...
we then go on to talk about the new battles, collaborations, pens, whatever interesting etc...

We then have the "main" section of the day: guest speakers.

We then finish by opening the floor to the public: get questions in from the chatroom, or maybe even ask them to connect to our skype (one at a time) to ask their question.

I think this is plenty for half an hour.

Thoughts?

Ultimately, how structured we want our content to be depends on how much preparations we are willing to do. If you guys are fine with preparing some of the stuff before hand, for example what news to discuss, etc... and what questions / topics to discuss with guest speakers then we can have something more formal.

If not, we can do it more improvised and loose and it will be more like an MSN group conversation...
