    Hey guys,

I haven't been spinning for very long, and recently made up my first combo. Over the past few days I've been practicing this combo over and over, but it still doesn't seem to be that smooth. I did some reading and pretty much everyone just says practice. That's fine, it was what I was intending to do, but I was just wondering if some of you more experienced people can just read a breakdown and perform the combo easily.(Like.. Errior, Frat, KTH, etc)

Have you guys done so many combos that you know how to link almost every trick together?

    Thanks ~

Depends on how many tricks you know, how well you can do them and the difficulty of the combo.

Me? I love learning new things and I pretty much know every trick in the wiki and then some. So I could copy a good number of combos without (hopefully) too much difficulty. But it'll still take practice. I'd have to get used to a type of linkage I'm not used to.

I guess anyone could do said combo, it would just be in their own style.

I can as long as the tricks are ones I can perform competently already, and are linked in a way I am used to linking them, I am sure the more experienced spinners could pick up the majority of combos and spin them smoothly in very little time.

Okay, well for example.. I'll use one of the combos I thought up..

    Sonic 34-23 > Twisted Sonic 23-12 > Warped Sonic 12-23 > Sonic 23-12 > Reverse Sonic 12-23-34 > (Palm Down) Demons Sonic 34-12 > TA Harmonic T12-23 > Neo Sonic 23-TF > TF Charge > FL TA Reverse

Could you guys do that smoothly without much practice?

lol, how long have you been spinning for?(Just curious)

Eh, I've been spinning for about.. 2months? I can do it most of the time, but sometimes when I do the Neo Sonic I catch it too late I think, so too much of the pen goes under my hand.. leaving no space for the FL TA Rev.

Meh, more practice I guess. ^^

dude, everyone has the same problem in the starting...most of us came up with small mini combos to practuce with or practiced the K4LC. Later the more you practice...it just comes. There's nothing you can do about it. Probably later you can link every trick to another which could mae your combo fluent. Just practice what you can do and try to come up with a mini combo that contains 2 or 3 tricks and u'll eventually get it.
    GL..

Yeah, I know. But I was just wondering if people could actually read a combo first time and be able to perform it smoothly. I was actually more referring to something like Erriors Simple Combos that he has up on youtube.. like when he thought of the combo in the beginning could he do it without practicing too much?

I think there are some breakdowns on those combos, so could you do it?

Not all..but some. You can do any combo when you know how to link the each an every trick to another in the combo. The one you posted was not that tough..But if you said something like shadow - neo bak - demon's devil's sonic - inverse shadow - etc.. That would be bit tough for me cuz i've been spinning only for like 3 months. The spinners who have spun for quite a long time can probably do it easily. I'm not sure. But about Eriror i guess he would hve practiced few times before posting but he's "Eriror"..i mean one of the worlds finest spinners..he could probably do it. Some people can easily do the small combos like what we've posted and the others would take a while to do the longer ones as well as they can get the short ones.(I've only mentioned people who can already do combos pretty fluently)...

I never actually felt bad, was just wondering.

And @ Outsmash, I find it hard to believe you can do any of Erriors Simple Combos, if you've only been spinning for 3months.

Lucky.. I have to practice quite a bit to get the linking of tricks to become smooth.

I also have trouble thinking up combos for some reason.. =/

It should be instant...i.e. without thinking...just keep spinning the pen and you'll probably get it..

Thinking up combos...You'll eventually link tricks that you could'nt link before...maybe by accident or something...happens sometimes

You can't link hard tricks..I guess some people would find it hard to link : pinkybak 34-TF --> FL TA REV --> PalmSpin
