    Advisor(candidates):

    Purpose: unite all students interested in the art of pen spinning

    Constitution (everything is in working)

    Title: Pen spinning club?
    Preamble: We the students of Diamond Bar High School hope to create this club to allow all students who have an interest in the art of pen spinning to discuss, collaborate, and spread this uncommon manipulation
    Membership:
    1 must be a student body member
    2 must be an activity card holder
    3 must have an interest in pen spinning
    Officer Selection: Officers are selected by majority vote by current club officers with approval by both President and Vice President
    Meetings: monthly during lunch, special meetings called by pres or vp?
    Amendments: Amendments to this constituion are made by majority vote with approval by both President and Vice President
    Schedule: constituion becomes effective upon the date of the first club meeting

    Don't we need like an actual purpose? Cause if we don't have like a actual purpose, we can't start a club.
    (All clubs are like community service and crap.)
