My name is Alex Garner, and I am a Research Director from UCPSB: the Collective Pen Spinning Board. I am writing this letter on behalf of UCPSB.

I would first off like to thank you for providing your service to the world. Your website has been like a God send to us pen spinners, as we now have a reliable means of attaining pens. Before this, we had only sporadic, one-on-one trading to get the pens we wanted. We would like to continue being able to use your services to attain our pens.

After seeing that you began selling modified pens on your website, it has become obvious that you have realized the enormous potential of aiming your business at pen spinners. We here at UCPSB would like to help that relationship grow, so that it can fully benefit both of parties. We hope to be able to communicate our wants/needs in pens to you, so that not only can you gain more business, but we can get the pens we desire.
