why not just post here if you're asking how it can be notated ( http://www.upsb.info/forum/index.php?showt...1262&st=580 ) huh.gif ???
and it just looks like a....
middle around 0.5 ~> fl middle around rev 0.5 =\

Kinda interesting. Request to see it in a combo plx.

And it's not too hard after a bit of practice.

i see...well, i just tried it a few times, and i only got it once.. =.=''
i can't seem to keep the pen balanced on the middle finger and then have it fall back down =\

Edit: hmm... could it be called a counter middle around o.0...?? cause a counter ta is sorta like this but with ta's right?

I used to doe something like a Fake MiddleAround?
It would start off as a MA, but instead of go around my middle finger, it would spin on the tip of my finger, and then would slide back into the 23 slot again.

Counters use hand motion while this trick uses gravity. There already is a counter MA (I think).

I'm not sure what kind of push qualifies as a counter, all the wiki says is by "usually a fingerless push." Is a fingerless counter, maybe that's redundant, possible? Or maybe it's a break-off the concept where the pen is let loose and slides down the slot.

    winrar. +momentum.

It doesn't seem like you could use it in a combo to me because once you have a bit more momentum it won't work. And if you use it, it would slow things down a lot unless you spin VERY slow lol

this is in fact the counter MA. I have a video of the counter IA on penstudioz.

if you want to stop the pen even faster, place your thumb over the middle finger, and let the side of the pen grazes the side of the thumb. The additional friction will make the pen fall back faster.

Hmm, that was quite simple... And I suck at spinning....

It's harder with the 1-2 though...

I don't suppose this trick is particularly aestheticcly appealing, or hard, perhaps a counter rise or fall would look okay = | ...

Ooh, ooh. This is pretty old. Nice, though. I'd love to see this more often from people.

I came up with this in the UCPSB league, against Donk3y. smile.gif
