   Project description: The aim of this project is to improve our relations with other Pen Spinning Communities, so that we may truely claim to be a "Collective." This should be accomplished by addressing each board and its issues with us.
   Why: It seems that of late we have not had a very good relationship with some other boards, FPSB and PDS come to mind. By making reparations and holding conversations to determine the interests of both boards, I believe that we can reacah an agreement to satisfy both parties involved.
