Project description: This program is to help establish a rating program for penspinners, hopefully adopted by every penspinning board. Currently, there are things out there such as the Elite Six and the PSL, but it is merely intraboard, and incorporates only a few spinners. This program will hopefully help establish a interboard rankings through ratings for a large number of participants. It may also be possible to have a seperate minor league that serves the exact same function, but for less experienced spinners.
Why: In order to establish better interboard relationships, as well as to establish a widely accepted system for ranking penspinners, allowing him/her to speculate his/her standings relative to other spinners around the world.
