Many of you have heard of Pentel's new "RSVP Colors" line, which are RZDZ with grips, back plugs, and ink that is the same color as the barrel. If you frequently snoop around on the Pentel website (like I do) you will find no RSVP Colors. I emailed Pentel about this, here's what I got back:

I deleted the part of the email where they asked me if I wanted some free RSVP (which I easily said yes to), because I don't want them to get suspicious of all the emails they're getting about free RSVP Colors.
If YOU want some free RSVP Colors, I suggest emailing Pentel and ask the same question I did (WTF are RSVP Colors). To find the email for your area in the world go to: http://pentel.com/profile/prof2.php

rsvp colors aren't in Canada yet...but i assume when they do release them they will be sold at Staples and such. I know pentelstore doesnt ship to Canada so i dont know if the "free rsvp" will work if you live in Canada.

I have a bunch of them. You can see them here. I got them at Staples.
In my opinion, this is a step above the old RzDz. Should be easier to get a hold of Sky Blue grips and backcaps once they start distributing it everywhere. Hopefully it'll catch on in the stores and people will buy a large enough volume to warrant its stay.
OFF-TOPIC: What the heck... Quality Assurance has to answer emails as well??! Good thing I don't have to do that at my job! Yes, I do QA as well. -

But my problem is: i cant get hold of an email adress for the EU Quarters.

But the caps don't have the little ball or rubber diaphragm at the end of the cap

Probably insignificant but it shouldnt matter because rsvp MX are already back heavy so having less weight in the back can only be good, right?

i actually just saw these when i was at staples. ( i was looking for razzle dazzles and came across these). Awesome pens, now if only they hadnt of discontinued hgg's i could stop ordering online

I got an e-mail back from Pentel... they said that they're not going to release it in Canada unless some stores like Staples actually decides to purchase it from the US... which is highly improbable IMO
Oh and they're quite nice, they offered me free ones too... once I get them I'll brief you guys on how it works out =] -

haha i never knew the rsvp colors where new...
i picked a pack up at staples during the summer and i thought they where around for all this time.
ya i saw the RzDz on pen wish but i thought the ones i had where just another type of rsvp.
but ya i got a bunch of them too. thats what i made my all red mx out of.
oh and just to let everyone know...
they are pretty awsome.
like the pink grip...looks like hot pink. the shade is different then the normal rsvp pink
same with the red. the red is a lot more brighter witch is great. -

free pens are nice, but i think you guys should give pentel some feedback on the new RSVPs. They are "testing" them after all and it was very kind of them to send you free pens.

No, they're not. I have e-mailed them about it. They said that stores have to purchase them from the US

Basically not anymore, and yours are cheaper via penwish.com anyways
Firstly, they don't even have any big offices in Europe. They're all in the US afaik.
Secondly, they really don't have any in Sweden, which probably means they wouldn't send me any
I did get the bic pen from penspinning academy (twice even!) though.. Maybe it's worth a try after all, the only problem is that the RSVP Colors are made by Pentel USA. Damn <.< -

Enable the macro function when taking close up pictures, it should be a button with a small flower on it @__@ Also, try to stabilize your hand by having like a box under it or something. And use the inhale-holdbreath-exhaleslowlyandpushbutton method =D

i just sent them a similar e-mail but i also asked about the HGG's
we have the same address and they didnt seem suspicious so i guess u could keep e-mailing them about colors but with a different name, but you would have to do it after periods of time -

I haven't read all but I think it's good to have new colours of a pen like the RSVP.
