uhh its not really a question more like a request, but because this isn't the team i'm giving full dedication to, can i not get a team sig? i don't wanna make whoevers doing it all the work and then end up having it not be used

Now i know that this may be starting to sound like im the leader of something but dont take this the wrong way, Guitrum created this team and is leader and i respect that, (and of course Anemia is next in line). I'm here to help anyone that needs it and i'm online 90% of the time. If you are unsure of anything going on, you don't have to spam Anemia or Guitrum's inbox, just ask.

Yes pretty much all of us besides you and Anemia knew, but why didn't you tell Guitrum? If it was a week and a half ago that you guys discussed this, that was plenty of time to let everyone know they were even supposed to turn in a video.
Also on another note, Guitrum imed me on msn saying he wanted me to join his team long like the day i joined. He already saw a video of mine and approved me. I don't know you guys approved anyone who wasn't graded by video already, but I know I was, through what Guitrum said as the team leader.
As for the sigs, what about people who aren't approved? Are you going to dismiss them? IMO that's pretty bitchy if you were the ones that told them to join, and then get rid of them when the team itself hasn't even made a solid establishment. And like I said, i WILL NOT be useing the team sig if you really are going to keep me within this team
I think you two are acting too independently. I have no knowledge of Guitrum giving you both the power to be making these kinds of decisions or demands, especially when none of us even know that they even existented. If anything you guys didn't even attain the right to be asking of approval videos from any of us, so I really don't think you should've been asking for any at all.
Sorry if I look like I'm coming strong, but i had the shittiest day, and I kinda feel like this team doesn't really have a solid understanding nor organization; especially with Guitrum not giving any more information since the day of this team was founded, with no notification if he was going to be busy, on vacation, or just can't come on the computer to tell us anything. -

I was accepted in the same way as Fang. I've known Guitrum since he was a little nub on UPSB and talk to him all the time. Thats when I was invited to join the team. I'm sure he's seen some of my videos (I've been in collabs organized by him lol).

Okay, Rather than me typing up another rant I'm simply going to answer to questions.
1) I really don't mind the fact that Fang and Outlander don't have vids in, and if I did, what could I do about it? I understand that they both have numerous videos already released and that they are both great spinners and therefore have every right to be on the team.
2) Anemia and I have made no decisions or demands, but simply possibilities of how a few concepts could work. The signature given to accepted members was one of many, but they are only thoughts.
3) Fang, I understand, everyone has bad and good days. I also understand that Guitrum is probably busy like you said, and is not around. I'm just trying to keep the team updated ex: Are people sending in initiation videos, are people serious about this team, etc etc. I'm just trying to keep everyone involved so that people don't just forget about the team and wander off.
4) I was never asked anyone to send in initiation videos, when I saw a team member, I simply asked him or her if they had sent in a video. Keep in mind that question can be taken differently. It isn't a statement telling you to hand one in now, but rather a question of just me, another team member wondering if you did or not. After all, I just want to watch all your guys' vids and see how you all spin, its just fun.
Thats it, neither me nor Anemia ar trying to boss anyone around, just thinking of possibilities. I hope this answerd a few things as to what you said Fang. -

Thank you, I have nothing against anyone in this team, I'm just looking at the same problem you are. This team is kind of unorganized right now and I just wanted to see a little more going on, that's all.
