Advanced Tricks / What tricks makes your hand more flexible?

    Well I dunno where to post this but as the title says, can someone name here tricks that will help my hands be more flexible? i'm working now on inverse sonic rev 23-34 which helps quit good, what more?

    Inverse Sonics (23-12 and 34-23). Sonic Clips 24 and 13 and 14. You can also try wiper 13, 24, and 14. I highly recommend learning sonic clips.

    the problem is that I can do sonic clip 24 but 13 I can't really do it because I can't do the "wall" (see eso's tutorial for normal sonic at youtube for the "wall") at 13....

    I had a problem with sonic clip 13 too, but just keep trying it. It'll slowly get easier and easier. It's annoying to practice, but it's good for flexibility.

    And I didn't use any of eso's vids to help learn tricks so I have no idea what youre talking about.

    I agree with Shoeman6 about the flush sonic...

    I think some of these have been mentioned, but:

    Sonic Clip 23-12
    Charge 14
    Indexaround 14-12(starts in 14 and ends in 12)

    I think there are others but I can't think of them...

    Try Sonic Clip 23-12 ~> Moonwalk Sonic 13 - 34 for an easier one than flush sonic.

    Otherwise... flush sonic.
