Spoiler:
NEWCOMERS, PLEASE READ!!!!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Before Releasing a New Pen Modification Tutorial one needs to check to see if the Mod has been done before.- The best way to do that is to take a picture of your pen mod and post it in the
- "Is this mod new?" thread featured here: http://www.upsb.info/forum/index.php?showtopic=3594 AND/OR the
- Show off Your Pens Thread featured here: http://www.upsb.info/forum/index.php?showtopic=2092
- Nine out of Ten Times if your pen has been made before, somebody else will comment and let you know.
- If you wish to look deeper into finding out if your mod is new, please visit these Pens & Mods Resources
- Pens & Mods Resources: http://www.upsb.info/forum/index.php?showtopic=211
- If indeed your pen is new, look at the communities opinions from the "Show off your Pens" Thread and then evaluate
- if your mod is worth releasing a tutorial before
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Creation of the Tutorial
Step-One: Create a new topic in the "Tutorials Pending Approval" thread at the top of the Pen-Modifications sections.- All Pen-mod tutorials will be pre-checked for correct formatting, assurance of new mod, and quality.
- If your tutorial is approved, it will be moved to the "Approval Tutorials" Thread
- http://www.upsb.info/forum/index.php?showforum=77
Step-Two: Creating your tutorial- At the top you will find your Topic Title and Topic Description. In order to keep things neat and easy to organize for the moderators,
- use these titling formats.

Topic Description: by [Your UPSB name]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
