I just got a new camera that's really good. It records 30 fps on interlaced, but when you de-interlace it right you get 60 fps.

The second download to the slow-mo video doesnt work for me...but the first video looks very good though. What camera did you get?

It's a Sony Handycam, model no. DCR-DVD405. It's pretty inefficient for filming penspinning, though. The way I got my video was by recording to an 8 cm DVD-RW, then using a capture card to get the video on my computer, and finally doing all of the deinterlacing stuff. There are probably cameras that are a lot easier to use and that have better quality than this out there. So I don't really recommend it.
Also, if you don't have a capture card, I don't think there's a way to transfer the video to your computer. -

there sure is! firewire! i have a handycam too. the cable is NOT included though.
