You mean that?
It's just an MX with extra grips in the back I believe. -

But why would he only put extra grips in the back, that would make it way too back heavy.

No, its a regular mx. Its just that he cut the grip in the back so that the little bump you get from the rsvp grip is gone and he put that in the cap as well to fill the whole back cap.

you see the huge bulge under the grip in front. the tip doesn't look like an HGG tip.

the bulge is from the click thing on the front of the rsvp body
he just didnt shave it off -

I just asked Kam on MSN.
(5:46:50 PM) Kam it's identical to a MX in almost everything
(5:47:13 PM) iamk34n3 but the rsvp grip is cut so like you can cover the whole cap right?
(5:47:23 PM) Kam yeah -

you can see what he did here.
no extra grip. the rsvp grip in the cap is cut. the peace that was cut from the rsvp grip is put in first, then the rest of the rsvp grip is put in afterwords so there
is no extra tip which means no extra weight. thats all it is.
the reason for this is to prevent the rsvp grip from running up too high in the cap. -

There was another small addition on the MX+ besides the grip in the cap, but that has become somewhat obsolete with the discovery of sticky tak.
The addition was to wrap some teflon tape around the ink tube (near where the COG is). This was basically some backup tape that you could use if the teflon tape on the tip starts wearing out and you needed replacement.
You can do similar stuff with sticky tak, but they don't wear out as easily, so it becomes somewhat pointless to have backup sticky tak around the ink tube.
