    OK I don't know if this has been made before but are there specific aerial catches?

    like.. named ones.

    And just wondering too, how do you guys name the way people catch aerial tricks in breakdowns?

    I mean, for example: Sonic 34-23 > tw sonic 23-12 > TA release > ...Catch? catch with 34? > inverse tw sonic 34-23 .....

    that sorta thing.

    The naming convention for this is the same as for all tricks.

    ThumbAround Normal 23-12

    ThumbAround Release Normal 23-12 <- (the pen is caught in 12)

    The only specifically named catches are if it is not caught inbetween two fingers such as:

    IndexAround Release -> Elbow Catch

    BakRiser -> Backhand Stall

    In these cases the catch is treated as if it is another trick. Although, is it really? Naming committee, naming committee!

    Wouldn't it be most obvious to call them 12 catch, 34 catch and t1 catch, if you had to call them something. But most often the catch would be included in airial trick, like if take the third one it could be backriser 12-t1 or if you catch it like the the first picture it would be backriser 12-12.
