I dont know, yogurt makes my throat wanna expell it lol.. I can;t eat yogurt too fast or i'll puke. I don't know why.
I love some yogurt though.
I just hate the home made ones that my mom makes. Too sour. -

Don't blame me...hoiboy made up the name, since he's obsessed with this yogurt place near us called Yogurtland.

Ooh...On the topic of ice cream, I eat lactose-free ice cream instead. I don't know how it compares to normal ice cream though.

For lactose-intolerant people, the severity of reaction varies.
Some people, like you pointed out, get stomachaches. However, some people can actually die from consuming it.
For me, I just barf it back up. Not too bad of a reaction, but it doesn't feel good when it happens. -

OK. when i eat yogurt or cheese cake, my throat usually wants to expell it. I have to swallow it slowly, alot alower than how i would normally swallow other food. I get no other reactions after eating it. Does that mean im lactose intolerant?

Maybe...You might have a very mild form of lactose-intolerance...I'm not a food allergy specialist so I can't say for sure. I could be wrong.
