I swear, Kam is gonna kill me for:
    A. Using an Impact MX insert
    B. Using the RSVP MX as a template...

Here's the RSVP FX, a mod I created in Math class when I was attempting to balance out my RSVP MX... so here you go:

    Prerequistes: RSVP MX
    --------------------------------------
Some random stats I scared up:
    RSVP FX
COG: 2 millimeters forward from the COP
    Length: 19.25 cm
Weight: MX^2Style: Single Sided (Writes from the butt)
Writing Mechanism: As before, writes from the butt
    Estimated Cost: $4-$6
    ---------------------------------------
    Pens Needed
    (2) RSVP (1 RSVP, 1 RSVP grip)
    (1) Hybrid Gel Grip
    (1) Signo of some sort (Gel Grip, Impact Gel Grip, DX...)
    ------------------------------------------

    Spoiler:
    Step 1:
    Take apart the RSVP
Strip the HGG if its grip and tip
Strip the signo of its tip

    Step 2
Cut the RSVP grip in half and shove the half grip in the cap along with the other intact full grip. Then, snap the clip and file down the nub.

    Step 3
Drill a hole in the backcap of the RSVP and reverse the inkflow.

    Step 4
Shove the HGG tip on the RSVP tip. Use Teflon Tape if necessary. Then shove the remaining half RSVP grip on and then the HGG grip on.

    Step 5
Shove the Signo Tip over the HGG tip. Again, use Teflon Tape if necessary.

    Step 6
Last of all, assemble the pen.

Congratulations, you have just hopefully made a RSVP FX!

    FAQ's
    Q. Can I cut off a ring from the HGG grip?
    A. Yes, you can.

    Q. Where did you get all those RSVP Grips?
    A. Those are actually Pentel Champ grips. Basically RSVP grips without the rings. XD

    Q. What happens if the grip halves are too long/too short?
    A. If it's too long, trim it. If it's too short, put the short half in the cap and the long half on the front. Or go buy more RSVP's. They are rather cheap.

    Q. Why in math class?
    A. 'Cuz my math class is full of dip**** Juniors who can't do math.

    Q. Does this really count as a new mod?
    A. I'm not really sure. But I based off the fact that TEK's MX^2 counted as one... so yeah...

Well, that concludes my first tutorial. Feedback please. Thank you. happy.gif

I don't think sticking extra tips and grips on an already existing mod is considered a new mod, but thats just me.

It's slightly more modified than a normal MX, less than the MX2. Adding more weight to an MX, a slight personal modification. I don't think that a new tutorial is very necessary. Sorry
    Try the MX2. http://www.upsb.info/forum/index.php?showtopic=1471

i think the main difference is the use of pens and where the cog is located, but that's just me i guess... i'll take it down if a moderator wants me too...

meh, we have a section for approved tutorials so mini tutorials for random variations can exist (although people tend to get annoyed with variation tutorials).
