The GWSC guys made a website for Australian pen spinners to discuss, it is underway and already has a total of 26 members.

i think its important for us to be independant from upsb. i mean SS i believe has both their own
board and a UPSB, so its not that bad of an idea. A lot of data might have to be transfered but that
wont be too bad. The important part is we might actually be able to take part in tournaments without
worrying to much about qualifications.
perhaps in the future the name of board can be more appropriate, but i appreciate your transformation
of the school board to an aussie board. -

Why make a new board when UPSB is a perfectly fine english speaking board anywayz? Take part in tournaments? No, we still won't be able to participate in WT even if there was a Austrailan Board. I really don't think we need a new board when we have UPSB. Australian IRC chat room? yes maybe

Doesn't WC mean that we have to make up a team. By then we still won't have enough really good spinners to take on the best. The WT after it is definitely game though.

um.. just do let you know.. its not about how old the board is. its about how good the spinners are. if you want to be in WC11. you can make a board on december 2010 and still participate if we have good enough spinners. its about good spinner not how old the board is. and honestly. do you think you'll use the Australia board as much as upsb? all the information is on upsb and its not like people have trouble reading it because of its language. I really disagree making a board for the sake of having a board. I think a team forum is good enough.

yes but its more of an issue of image. we can stay with UPSB (which is an awesome! but..) or we can become independant. upsb can sometimes be confusing to be part of. i vote yes.

*sigh* WF is making it sound as if this board and ausclan are different, i assumed when he said upsb as our board he meant our team board on upsb
.'. i thought ausclan was some non-upsb site... since upsb was already mentioned...
also... didnt we already have our own external board for like a week or so... with like 3 posts XD then it died horribly... i thought u were talking about that and it seemed like it was pretty alive... oh wellz -
