We Vancouverites have discussed in the previous thread how we all wanted to have a large-ish gathering over the winter break, which is from December 19 to January 4. Baaron and I decided to organize this one, just cuz I think Baaron has a good rep and yeah. =\ We wanted to make this thread cuz a 9 page thread on all the gatherings in Vancouver is kinda annoying. So here's how it's gonna go. If you live the in the Vancouver area and would like to meet some penspinners, just reply in this thread. Tell us when you're available and where you're from. This is so we can discuss a good time and place to have this gathering.

And for this gathering, I would like a whole day kind of thing, like from 10 am to 5 or 6 pm. Cuz that'd be awesome. I was also wanting to have like, a Vancouver Gathering pen mod with special insert/outsert, so if you're handy with Photoshop speak up. In addition, a tournament thing would be kinda cool. Like a ladder system, and we can have judges. I dunno, just a suggestion.
We're open for ideas, so please contribute and help us make the Vancouver Winter Gathering a success. ^^ -

So yeah, I might come, Might not. I'd say I've got a 10% chance of coming.

I don't think a whole day would be that bad. It's just if we make it early...I might be a bit late. I don't wake up until like 9-10 on weekends.

hmm, if you guys want a gathering asap.... im free next saturday (first day of break) from 1:00 and beyond. (saturdays i can only make it if its past 1:00pm. weekdays are better -

I have white comssa sub, no caps.
And if you're new to penspinning, avoid the KT until you are comfortable with a lighter mod
And bring the camera.
Edit: the closest thing I can think of close to a white KT is buster CYL, no such thing as a white KT, unless you paint the caps white or something -

cuz i heard that Dr. KT is good for practicing finger pass
anyways,
sell me whatever pen that you think is suitable for me ><(avoid rsvp cuz they're common)
i currently have 30 bucks only......
and it won't increase rapidly in these weeks for sure....

Sorry to invade your thread.
But you can make a white KT with m&m body, comssa caps.
take everything out of the body, take off the backplug, and the comssa caps should force on. -

You can make a white comssa with A miffy body, white CT caps, (yes they exsist, and yes, they are different from gray CT caps) and then either white sailors from Penwish, clear sailors, or Dr. Grip grip. -

no such thing as white ct caps. (only lightgray)
when you put the lightgray ones up to a white body, theyre quite different.
Otherwise they do look fairly white.
Like i said tho, comssa caps is a good bet. -

We tried to plan it ahead, but it came so fast. And we're in interior BC, so yeah, unless you guys wanna drive 3 hours....
