'Sup. This is the Clicktory tutorial. This is my first self-made mod, made and tutorialized by Eak.

    Stats
    -------------------------------------------------
    Name Clicktory!
COG: Very close to the COP maybe a bit back heavy
    Length: 20 cm
Weight: Bictory < Clicktory = Extended Bictory (without Grips)
    Style: Single Sided
    Writing-Mechanism: Retractable
Estimated-Cost: $5-$6, Bics are very cheap for a large pack. With just more RSVPs you could make more
    -------------------------------------------------
    Materials List:

2 Bic Round Stic Grip / Round Stic Grip Ultras, I don't know the difference.
    1 Bic Round Stic
    1 Bic round Stic Clic
1 Pentel RSVP, MED or FINE

Tape (packing tape is the best)
    Knife
    Toothpick(s)

    -------------------------------------------------

    Spoiler:
    Step 0:
    Gather the pens!

    Step 1:
Gut the 2 Bic Grips untill you only have the Grip and the tube the grip was on.
Gut the Bic Round stic so you only have the tube, no plug.

    Step 2:
Take one Bic Grip and cut it to about where the Grip is on the bottom, exact measurements aren't important. The grip is very fragile, be very careful when cutting it or it will shatter!

    Step 3:
Cut the tube the grip was on to about where the bottom tube is. Again, exact measurements aren't important. Wrap a layer of tape around the end you cut

Step 4: Take the Tip and Spring from the Bic Round Stic Clic Slide them into the UNCUT grip as shown, Then take the tube you just cut and slide it in the other end, Tape side first.

    Step 5:
    It should look like this

    Step 6:
Take the CUT grip and put it onto the Round Stic Clic clicker as shown

    Step 7:
Take your RSVP inktube out and Tape it about 3 cm from the tip. Make sure the sprin cant get past it.

    Enlarged

    Step 8:
Get your toothpick and cut it to 3.3 cm. Snip off a bit of the point and stick it into the RSVP inktube

    Step 9:
Assembly! Gather all of your "parts" Put the inktube into the Part with the tip, Slide this into the Bic Tube, The put the clicker onto the back.

You've finished making the best mod ever!

    http://i445.photobucket.com/albums/qq174/TheEak/Endpic.jpg

OPTIONAL: you cout cut off the clip and add grips to both sides, where the bic grips are

    -------------------------------------------------

    Troubleshooting

    - If the clicker is too loose then you need to cut another toothpick longer

    - If the tip mechanism is Coming apart when you click, you need to make your toothpick shorter

    - If you cant find the perfect balance between these two, the take a teeny tiny bit of paper, wad it up and put it in the clicker

    - If the pen is really "difficult" to click, that means the tape you wrapped around the ink in rubbing up againt the Round stic grip tube. Take a bit of tape off.
    ------------------------------------------------

How's it spin? It doesn't seem like it has much going for it in terms of momentum.

The length is what gives it all its momentum. Also, most of the parts are on the ends, the tube is mostly hollow.

Nice job on the tutorial. Very clear and helpful. I suppose you can fix balance and momentum issues by gripping up the front and back. Good job for your first mod.

Simple. I'm not sure on the spinning ability, but i'd say say if you could add a metal tip on with a HGG grip or what not(and some extra weight in the back) this could be a solid school pen.

Good job on the tut. thumb.gif

    Looks really good
i wouldnt say 5-6$ though, bic grips are 12=2.50, so theyd only be 40 cents each ish. the same for the other bics.

    should be approved
    ill make this later

If it doesn't retract back, something in the tip part is probably catching. Probably the tape around the ink.
