In the penspinning world, the tips are used from the airifits.
The difference between the mp, ballpoint, and the jell tips is that they are of different weights.
I know that the Ballpoint tip is the heaviest (all the tips can be used for Buster Cyl's though. ) and the mp and Jell tip is slightly lighter by 1 or 2 grams.
In the real world, one used lead while the others write in ink -

damn...... last january i bought airfits from penwish,it was the ballpoint version for my buster mod, only now penwish sells the jell version....anyways thanks
and one more thing.is the mp heavier than ballpoint.? -
Date: Thu, Feb 18 2010 15:14:39
Think ya got that backwards. The BP tip is the heaviest followed by the mp and then the Jell. From most people it seems that the Jell tip is preferred for optimum balance and weight. I do have some BP left if y ou request it but most seem to want Jell now
