Manipulative Arts / Knuckle Roll/Coin Dance?

Can anyone do this? For those that don't know, it's when you roll a coin down your fingers. It is also done with poker chips. It's pretty similar to a fingerpass, and it can be seen in a lot of movies, such as Pirates of the Carribean, when Jack takes a piece of gold and rolls it down his hand when he's a skeleton. Any tips on how to make the knuckle roll more fluid? Also what coin do you use?

I use a quarter.
And it just takes practice I'm afraid. like all manipulations. -

I can do it, but not that great. Takes a bit of practice. I use a Australian 20c piece, i dont know might be the same size as quarter.
