    try and use microsoft words to open the picture and resize it to the desired size on the screen and print and VIOLA! you got it..

    if u open it with paint and print it its gonna be correct size

    That's what I did though. Opened the insert picture file with paint and printed...came out uberly big and dimension couldn't be controlled.

    did you save it when you were in paint? cuz that may have done something to the image dpi. I have the same problem with GIMP, so i use paint to print, but once i accidently saved a 300 dpi image in paint, which saves stuff at 72 dpi, and it came out as you described

    Use print preview and if it's too big or too small press Ctrl+W and make it smaller or bigger. Then go print preview again. If it's still too big or small make it smaller or bigger again. That's what I do always when printing insert.

    if you have a word processor like MS Word or OpenOffice Writer, just insert it into a document like that, and it will keep it's original size
