    How I remove nateiskewl from the moderating thing?

    On the teams page, go to "Manage Team" > "Forum Settings" and next to nateiskewl's name, there will be a small link saying "delete moderator". Click on that. if you want to add a mod, double clikc on the persons name in the small box.
