Moonlight Trust Board / Moonlight Trust - Sub Teams

In order to see who wants the team to grow in, i am proposing the creation of two teams. You can either be in one or the other, not both.
This is not a way to make one group of people better than the other, its just a method to see who wants to do what.
1 group of people will take spinning serisouly. Im planning on making a mandatory submission of combos probably per month (people like
penja already do that xD) it can be the same combos for battles or collabs i dont mind. the purpose of this is for the whole team to give feedback.
i expect everyone on the serious team to give feedback, consructive critism, good points etc. I will allow people on the other team to give feedback as well.
This team will probably be responsible for majority of the dramatic revival collab, moonlight tournament, and team battles but everyone in moonlight gets a chance to take a part anything.
the 2nd group will not have any of the previous responsibilities, and can treat the team less seriously. i dont think there will be a limit on either teams and
have all the rights the other team has. This includes posting in the video feedback topic as well. However joining the more serious group will keep your skills
more sharp as it will prevent laziness. its up to you.

i thought some proper names for these teams would be:
lunar and solar
or
Maria and Terrae (both are different geographical types of the moon)
or
near side and far side (differnt sections of the moont)

Yeah thats a brilliant idea Neo! That would really get people motivated and keep them sharp. Oh and the names? yeah solar and lunar sound alright to me... as we all know, moonlight is actually sunlight reflected off the moon: thats the connection

the solar team should be the more serious team. as the solar team (sun) refelcts from
lunar team (moon), (their feedback) we create moonlight. -

Seriously? We dont need another team. We just have to partition the team forums and both can be in the same team. Creating two teams would definitely cause un-needed confusion.
We could just restructure and clean up the forum according to the intention of the individual members. -

yeah excatly. well that's what I thought Neo was talking about? just have like two mini teams in the big team MoonLight Trust. so like,
Moonlight Trust = lunar + solar
Yeah and just clean up the fourms and organise them accordingling... (man thats going to be an epic task for someone) -

we'll all still be in moonlight trust. everyone has the same rights. but for the intentions of individual memebers, they need to have goal. that is
improve, or just stay in for fun, giving them a name of lunar or solar. the name helps remind them of their goals. -

i gotta say i think i agree with jaybles...it isnt necisery to make two distinct teams and cause unneeded seperation and confusion within the group
perhaps if you just do similar things, but without the segregation within the team? -

thats the problem. there already is a segregation within the team. for example, some of us are more active, some of us are more serious spinners some of us think the team is going no where. its not like all the topics will be between solar and lunar, in fact it will be less like that. look if it gets bad, and gets no where then we will cancel it, its that easy. but its worth a shot.

my thinking was kind of like what you said there, i didnt think there was reason for the teams as we basically already know who is going to be serious and who isnt.

I dont mind a segregation of the team as long as its within the main team. Its rather like the more serious spinners are in a sub team which we could designate spinners for competitions from that pool.
Cleaning up the forum is easy, we could delete and restart everything. Much like reformatting. Then we could work out a new structure and team perspective.
I propose a total format. -

a total format isnt neccessary. that destroys hisotory. ive cleaned up what i thought was neccesssary. -
