Temporary Bin / Lunar/Solar Subteams

    Moonlight Trust will be testing out a new system where the team is split into two groups which support each other.
    The team type will be based on what the individual is looking for within our team.

    =========================================================================

    Solar Group

    -Knows what they are improving on, and will state what they will work on in a months time (or less) after each montly review (see point down)
    -Expected to Submit a Video Once a month for review and improvement
    -Expected to Take a part in the more serious collabs such as the "Dramatic Revival"
    -Will want to take part in team competitions
    -Will want take part in the Moonlight Trust Mini Tournament

    Lunar Group

    -Able to take part in any responsibility in the Solar Group, but will not be enforced
    -Encouraged to take part in the less serious collab(s) (pen spinning wise)

    Stella Group
    - Management and admin-y stuffs

    All Members are encouraged to:

    -be active and friendly
    -creating new pen spinning concepts such as mods, hybrids, new moves
    -having their say in topics that are important so in the future they have no regrets on what happened
    -look forward towards, and "believe" in the moonlight trust team.

    I encourage everyone to have their say on what responsibilities should be taken out or added. I dont want everyone
    to be converted to my ideals, instead i want a balance.

    hmm. well im glad this is splitting out more or less evenely. only like half of MT have replied though. ill have to pm.

    solar please? i would like to improve on my spinning before i join any major collabs.


    EDIT: fire ant explained to me what lunar actually does, and i want to join solar instead
