How does it retract? Do you just push the cap down or something? Because if it does, does it fall off sometimes?

Ok..
Parts needed:
~> RSVP 1x (Complete pen, except backplug)
~> Pilot G2 1x (same part as for MMX, and spring)
~> HGG 1x (Grip, Tip, Inktube)
~> The noname pen 1x (Everything except Tip, inktube and spring) Pic: http://img204.imageshack.us/img204/2633/pic0043gv4.jpg or http://www.werbemittel.biz/Kugelschreiber/...schreiber42.JPG
Preparation of the indivdual pieces:
G2 backpart:(part 1)
Spoiler:
HGG Tip
~> Make sure the RSVP inktube fits through smoothly.
RSVP Grip:
~> Cut it so that the part WITHOUT the ring is only 12mm.
RSVP Body:
~> Cut off about 2-3 mm on the front of the RSVP. After that the RSVP inktube should easily fit through ->completly<-.
~> Cut off the place where the backplug screwed on so that it'll be only 4.5 mm.
~> Sand down 'spirals" (damnit I have no clue what to call it lol. IT's the same part in the step before this one. It's where the RSVP backplug used to be. Sand it until the G2 piece fits on easily. DO NOT USE FORCE TO PUT THE G2 PIECE ON.
Back Part of the mechanism: (part 2)
~> Break off the clip.
~> Cut off ~5mm from the front of it. (There are supposed to be only 2 rings left on the inside... I don't know what rings...you'll probably see it once you have the part)
~> Now cut off from the back so that the mechanism stays intact. (should be ~15mm)
~> Sand down the edges a bit
Center Part of the mechanism (White) Part 3:
-> Cut off a piece from the front ( Front = thinner part) so that the rest will be 15mm.
Front Part of the mechanism: (part 4)
+1337 Paint picture for better understanding:
(Ringe = rings , am besten = it's best/ 6mm is best)
The red line shows where to cut/sand down
-> Cut off the part with the rings
~> Sand down this piece. BUT leave two rings on the back the way they are! (Don't file down the 2 back rings!!!) You're done with sanding when you can push this piece 5mm into the G2 part. (This is probably the hardest part. The piece you're sanding down can break while sanding so be careful!
Make sure the part you just sanded down is smooth! (I mean... REALLY Smooth.. get some lube man) And also make sure that you can push the part into the G2 piece WITHOUT APPLYING FORCE(otherwise the G2 part could break)
Putting everything together:
~> Put HGG Tip + Grip on the front of the RSVP. Similar to the Mx. (Make sure the HGG tip is screwed on tighly and straight)
~> Put G2 spring into RSVP Body
~> Put G2 Inktube into RsVP body
~> Put G2 piece (Part 1) onto RSVP body (it'll be best if you glue it)
~> now put the front mechanism (part 4) into the G2 piece until it won't go any further. GLUE IT.
~> Put part 3 (center mechanism) into part 4.(front mechanism)
~> Then put on part 2. (back mechanism)
Once done, it should look like this:
test if the mechanism is working... if not -> find the mistake. Turn the mechanism to test it ^^
If it works:
~> Put RSVP Grip into cap
~> Push the mechanism into the cap until it won't go any further. Put some tape on it so it'll be tight.
~> Put everything together
~> Test if it works.
~> Be happy.
Completed pen';

Right, so instead of having a RSVP I right now got a Pentel Sunburst as a sub. The thing is the G2 Inktube is to big for it. So.... -

oh Frip made some mistakes:
i must mean: "put the RSVP Ink into the RSVP body!
and he forgot the preparation of the RSVP Ink. i have added one into first post!
