yes it is true. because from the very beginning, we have always known that we have 4 spots from the WT09 information posted on UPSB
we selected 4 spinners from PSH, and 3+7(admin) did send crash the email with the 4 names, (12ve,3Shine,Answer,ssEno)

ya , because you would only have a "bracket" format if the spinners were ranked, and then placed accordingly so, assuming that the higher ranked spinner would always win, the final would have the best two spinners.
with this random format, it is assumed that everyone is of equal ability (or close to the same), and so the winner of each battle can't be assumed. With this, the final battle can't be assumed, or projected, so every pen spinner has an equal chance of getting far into the tournament. -

i thought only spinning should be 25 seconds.
the additional time for haduri logo and to turn off the cam is okay if the spinning it self is 25 seconds long -

To not get any trouble like we had last year, when it comes down to defining when the combo starts/ends, CrAsH said that the video itself should be under 25 seconds long. Doesn't matter if you're only spinning 23 seconds, the video is still supposed to be less then 25 seconds long. I don't think videos longer than 25 seconds will be accepted, but that's up to CrAsH I guess.

but, when I asked CrASH, he said that the video may be longer than 25s if ur opponent doesn't mind. ( the video was 26s length )
