Advanced Tricks / Most common trick in a combo?

    If there is such a thing, what tricks should i learn that are essential for combos. Like how "I" and "and" is almost used in every sentence, what tricks would be used in almost every combo?

    They are probably the most popular because you can link them with heaps of stuff.

    Somethings I've been doing recently..

    Twisted Sonic 23-12 > Pass Reverse 12-T1 > T1 Charge > Rev Neosonic T1-12 > Inverse Reverse Twisted Sonic 12-23 > Reverse Twisted Sonic 23-34

    Twisted Sonic 34-23 > Neosonic 23-TF > FL TA Rev TF-12 > Bak 12-12 > Reverse Twisted Sonic 12-23 > Twisted Sonic Bust 23-12

    There's heaps more.. but those are just some mini combos I enjoy doing.

    To answer your question, sonic is pretty popular, so is backaround, and shadow is very popular too.

    Twsited Sonic Bust (x2..), FL TA Rev's and nowadays I see a lot of T1, T2 Charges.

    Really it depends on the spinner on what tricks will appear in a combo, but most of what people said so far are very common, tw sonics and passes, are almost an essential part of most combos, they are very useful tricks

    Charge Deffinately. Its like the MOST used trick ever. You can never do a combo without doing charge, believe me.... dry.gif

    2-twisted sonic
    3-FL TA rev
    4-tipped charge

    y has no1 said inverse sonic? i use it so much...

    thumbmiddle / thumbring arounds are good combo builders too

    learn how to change direction smoothly, reverse side palm<-->normal palm down, normal palm side<-->reverse palm down are the easiest... you can do others but they're harder imo

    warped sonics stop the combo from being up boring up and down changing direction

    I use inverse sonics.

    inverse sonic 23-12 > warped sonic 12-23 > twisted sonic 23-12 > neosonic 12-t1 > neo sonic rev t1-12

    i just use twisted sonic bust x3 then followed by some random aerial catch xD
