So currently, me and AyySoLo are desperate to have another one. So here we are!
Date: Wednesday March 18th
Location: Market Village/Pacific mall. Due to the large number of attenders, only Market village can provide the tables
*- Also J-Town for those of you that would like to check out the pens sold there with AyySolo and Tatemichi
Time : Around 10 for J-town and we'll all meet at SOUTH ENTRANCE of PACIFIC MALL
Purposes of this gathering:
Last gathering was all about videos (omg). But this time, i think we should make it really about spinning such AS:
- tack-ons, Live battles
- giving each other tutorials on hard tricks
- teaching each other combos only you're good at
- sharing other knowledge
Also...
- getting cartoon comssas from SoulReaper
- maybe seeing Tatemichi?
- maybe seeing Rodney
Stuff to bring:
-Pens (obviously)
-Cell phone (communication)
-Money (food, maybe pens)
-Camera
-a bag or sort to carry everything

There's a Staples right beside there, and theres Gift2u (Smart Maple), but other than that, I'm not sure if it has any other stores that sell pens like those.. -

It took me 2 hours to get out of the parking lot that night too...

splendid china tower is right across from P-mall, he place we walked by last time
first gathering was with Zombo and Toast, it was at Union station
...i still recommend J-town, it's at Victoria park & steeles, and it has japanese stationary in it, which have not been fully explored by pen spinners -

omg for the last time there are no KTs at J-Town... lol I just went a while ago. if none of you have been there, thereis one store that sells pens and its like a small store that sells a variety of stuff. they have ballsigns(gellyrolls glitter kind) of all colours and a few other thing all of which you can find at pmall(except the gellyrolls). Union station has lots of space to sit down but no stores to buy pens at other than staples. I still think pmall is the best place to go since because of the recent shooting not many people will be there and it will be less crowded(THINK POSITIVE lol)
Yorkdale potentially could be a good option but like Union station not really any places for pens. If yorkdale why not square one(think playdium loljks). but if you dont want to go to pmall bc of the shooting then splended china tower isn't really going to do much considering thats it right accross the street, and there is not much space to spin if I can remember(except for the middle part if there are chairs set up(nofood court)) lol we would probably end up going to pmall anyways, staples is farther from pmall than splendid china tower.
Edit: J-Town would be a good place to go for lunch however we could meet there and then go to pmall(its just down the road.) plus if we go as early as like 10 sumthing than there would be enough space for a group of spinners to sit/eat/spin for a bit n the cafe. Personally I like jap food better than chinese food(no offence alex and andy and all you chinese spinners lol) as I am japanese haha. after we could take a bus to pmall area. and yah there are other pens there that arent really associated with penspinning yet. also there is a really cool tombow pencil that is exactly the same as the pencil used in the color pensil mod just has tombow written on it instead of mitsubishi -

Personally I want to go to J-Town and P-Mall. I seriously don't think there is a problem with the security at P-Mall. You can get shot basically anywhere, remember the shooting at dufferin station just a while ago and all the shootings everywhere else. Me I think P-Mall's cool. If we take the bus ($1.75) we can go to J-Town to P-Mall in about 5 mins. Also the people taking TTC anyways can use their transfers. For KunLin brampton is probably about as far away as I am coming from(Etobicoke Car: 1 hour). But I have to take the Subway and Bus so it's like 2 hours away. P-Mall is at Kennedy and Steeles, and J-Town is just down the road at Steeles and Victoria Park.
@alex: are you serious OMG im gonna be so left out lol w/e if KunLin comes we'll have one more person who doesn't understand canto. Assuming KunLin doesn't speak canto. Is he Korean?

J-Town is like 5 ins bussing away from pmall. and much safer(probably) very close very easy.
ok for wind its just to the west of pmall so go down steeles until you see it. its like 5 store though we probably will end up at pmall anyway tho.
ok for alex now. transfers allow you to walk from the bus stop at one intersection to another bus stop at another inter section close to it. im not sure myself so i always have an extraticket in case. but what i do is i get a transfer at my station then i get on the bus and then when i get to the stop im getting off at i get off(lol). then after i get back on the same bus rout using the transfer works quite a few different ways to. also many ttc driver dont care how much money you put in. half the time i just pay in like nickels and dimes and sucj and it usually is only like 1.05 in change(I know its bad but its usually all i have on me haha.) -

EditEdit: The reason why we would need definite answers is that we need a reservation. Ever tried getting into restaurants at lunch time with 4-5 people? It's hard enough. With 16-17 people its basically impossible. -

the restaurant....idk......based on previous experinces, there are always ppl that won't know if they'll come until last minute, and plus, what restaurant are there that fits 17 ppl together and will let u sit there for 4,5 hours....
restaurant around P-mall are really busy, they often would kick u out soon as u finish eating....(well, they won't kick u out, but they'll take everything away from the table and look at u in a very unfriendly eye......)

there's party rooms @ some community centres. Sort of around Pmall, i know for sure that Angus Glen CC (Warden / Major Mac) has party / meeting rooms, not sure about rates though. A closer (i'm pretty sure) community center is Milliken Mills CC, but im not sure about their rooms as well..

All my tornado mods are traded away, with 3 tornados i traded for 1 dr.KT bonkura version and 1 comssa v7.....that's how much trade power tornado mods have, lol

okay so this is how the gathering went for me
10 am cousin and me arrived at J-town, met up with Kho and aaron. stayed in the cold for 15 minutes and then finally decided to go inside a cafe/store. In there I bought a light green and a orange ballsign. sat down and spun
10: 15am - Ayysolo arrived and came in. he went around the store... looking at pens... Did he buy anything?
10:30 am - Tatemichi, Roxor and Xsko finally arrive! they brought their girlfriends (okay it was actually.. uhh.. Xsko\'s sister and her friend)
10:45 am - Tatemichi was buying food, omg we had to wait so long
10:50 am - got on the bus to get to Pmall. we were so loud...
11:00 am - met up with Pmall group. Didn\'t think it was so little people. I bought the pack of cartoon comssas from Soulreaper. haha I was so greedy
then we went to Market Village and basically sat there and spun for 5 hours

about penspinner0d.....it was so random, like 3 hrs after we sat down, we were all talking, Tatemiche turned around and saw a little boy sitting there spinning like crazy. So he turned back and shut: "WTF?", then when we all turned back, the little boy run away, no one knew who that was except for lulz, and lulz didn't say anything....so we thought it's just a random guy who can spin, and he is better than most of us
then we decided to send someone to chase him, i think soulreaper or lulz went, and brought him back, he's like: i'm spinner0d....he was like 9 or 10 years old, he looks so young -
