Its been tried,
the dr.grip jap. version has a great shaking mechanism in it.
Its very hard to put into a mod because the insides of the shaker pencils usually have stops and stuff built inside to actually make the mechanism work, otherwise it wont. And you cant really build those kinda things into a mod. If you can find a way to make it work tho, all the power to you.
Plus, ppl usually dont do shaker mods becuase it involves a heavy moving metal piece, and while spinning it will slightly shift your COG on the pen, making alot of moves alot more difficult, and it just gets annoying.
