Hello
Fake Reverse and TA Rev has 2 types in the part of starting.
1, it is more general. it starts with the push.
2, it is a little rare. it starts with pop? bonkura often does with TA Harmonic.

how can I tell second from first at naming or notation?

Second one is TA rev (middle flick) or Fake rev (middle flick)

There's isn't a currently official name for the flick push. Just use something like what LMnet used that makes some sense.

When you say there isn't a standard for the flick push - do you mean that flick push is normal push and you're saying there isn't a system for notating different types of pushes (like index, middle), or is flick push different to your standard push? If it is, can you show us a video?

The "flick" doesn't have a set way of notating that it is used, as opposed to some other finger "push".

you can use other fingers like the ring finger and the index finger...not sure about pinky though
