    i think he means the shoutbox will occasionally go a darker shade of blue than normal
    i think thats because that colour is the background colour, and the page hasn't loaded the foreground colour or something
    something to do with a slow internet loading speed

    Like sometimes it'll change to a darker grey for awhile. i'll take a screenshot when i can. It usually happens when i scroll up, wait for awhile and then happen. Dont know why it isnt happening now lol.

    thats to tell u its idle and that the content of the shoutbox is not updated until you p[ut your mouse on it.
