need help learning the Bak

i've been trying to learn the Bak for awhile now and i'm not able to do it.
So could anyone help me learn this trick plz

First of all a Bak is not a fundamental so this is in bthe wrong section
Don't worry, a mod will move it for you
Try to be more specific. If you don't tell us what you are having trouble with, it will be hard to help.

Look through this thread first
Then if it does not have exactly what you want, post on THAT thread instead of making a new one.
As for some help, maybe you are just holding the pen too tight. Loosen up and barely hold it.
Use you hand motion to swing it around your index finger and catch.
Or maybe just first practice using the hand motion and swinging it around.
Then work on the catch.
Also look up Backaround or Bak Tutorial by Eso on youtube. Very helpful.

Listen to JSH, use the already existing backaround thread
There are threads for most tricks so search for them before making a new one
