I spun a ruler, scissors, metal bar before.

The best was a pair of long scissors.

I was bored in Cartooning once and was doing Charge with a ruler. Not the best idea, probably.

Also tried a Thumbaround with my phone. (it's a flipphone)

I did a Sonic with a breadstick subconsciously.

Anything that is long and has at least 2 sides. I spun a straw, chopstick, tripod, some metal thing my friend detached from the wall of the lecture theater and anything I could get my hands on. Otherwise I just mess with a pack of cards.
