Make some tutorials of some of the G3 mods such as Seven and the Reeder and/or kUzu if you can.

GG Fall, I've been adding to it bit by bit recently too.
You should add in MPMX and MX^2 as variations of the RSVP MX, and then the JEB mods that are popular.
And this should probably go under the general sections. Just so you know.
Still though, GG, -

someone should link to the SpyreNet on there too... just a thought
and maybe translate some of them if you have time?
edit: maybe update the famous spinners section too? -

Here's a list of all the approved tutorials on UPSB: http://www.upsb.info/forum/index.php?showtopic=13872
I would suggest starting with the more popular ones.
I think I'm going to do some as well. -

Updated first post!
Btw, how do you make new pages in the wiki? -
Date: Wed, Mar 4 2009 02:28:15
No seven? >.<
Ask mods how to make a new page. -
Date: Wed, Mar 4 2009 02:29:01
if you want to replace the G2-CTE tutorial with my G2-CTE Vortex tutorial then thats fine with me.
remember that there is a video tutorial for the vortex now. that should make things easier -

This is a link in the upsb wiki. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:How...Getting_started
It tells you how to edit. -

If you guys are spearheading posting mod tuts on the wiki, you might want to consider posting tuts for mods that our users created. Tutorials for the popular japanese G3 mods are all online (most are in ponkotu's blog), popular mods like F1r3fly's G3 mod are on their respective boards already.
I would aim to work on reproducing ones that our are made by people from our board, as they probably aren't anywhere else on the web.
Check out the Approved Pen Mod Index, I've been keeping it update with all the approved mods and its seperated into sections. -

I think that's probably the best way to start, but I don't think we should completely exclude the Japanese mods. I think the wiki should aim to be a tool that has simple answers to common pen spinning questions all in one place. -

So ur just gonna make the tuts on wiki? sounds nice, go for it
-

I've been meaning to update the wiki for a while now but never got around to it
-

I was going to be getting to this kind of thing soon, actually.
I suggest making a list of SERIOUS people dedicated to this type of thing and reform the Wiki.
Dividing up the work will make a better chance of this actually working. -

hence the first post
I guess post here for suggestions on mods you wanna put up. -

I'm glad that all of this stuff is up.
I'm going to be making a Saizen tut soon, I just need a few more parts
I would be glad to be part of a "Wiki Team" or something like Xero said.
EDIT: I actually thought these were ON the wiki
Wouldn't that be better than just posting them here because Outlander already has the "Approved Pen-Mods" thread?
EDIT2: NEVERMIND, I didn't read clearly -
Date: Thu, Mar 5 2009 01:57:15
Wait, so we're just transferring certain approved tutorials from here to the wiki?
Since I see my tutorials on that list in the first post, I'd be happy to make a tutorial on the wiki for them.
It should be fairly simple... cuz the tutorial is basically already made. XD
Or, can we just link the wiki to the approved pen mod index on upsb? -

I've added the Reeder mod to the wiki
Some tutorials are harder to add than others, like MX2 since the whole tutorial is an image. K4S's mods are the easiest I think (other than the ones with no pictures).
Since there are two MP MX mods, how will they be added? -

Two methods of making it.
Just put in parentheses what method it is.
Like, "MP MX (G2 method)" and, "MP MX (MSP method)"

Use it, it's helpful. -
Date: Thu, Mar 5 2009 06:34:22
Added Lemon mod (only video tutorial though)
Added Lakubo Jell mod
Fixed Hybrid -DC- HGG mod formatting
By the way, M-301 X has already been on the wiki for a while. -

I think the video for the Lemon Mod is good enough.
If anyone has any questions they should just post in the Quick Modifications Questions thread.
Should there be a link included to that thread just in case someone DOES have questions?
BTW I'm working on a Saizen, and GJH tut. -

Bump...
Working on Kuzu's G3 mod... but I've been busy lately... and I haven't really seen any updates... -
Date: Thu, Mar 19 2009 03:26:29
Before i leave w/e i don't want this to be under a UPSB thing just because it is a pen mod... and i have my own mods i will be posting on wiki just not on UPSB or any other penspinning board and i still may be on to finish some shit
Twistable-MX
and if some1 comes up with another variation DON'T edit my tut and add it in -
Date: Fri, Mar 27 2009 17:09:54
I think this is better Dr.KT MP mod because it uses less added parts.
-
Date: Thu, May 7 2009 01:57:04
Added Atlant-X before I found this thread.
Doing GJH and maybe MPFX with hoiboy soon.
