Pen Modifications / Metal ring? Anyball grip?

I saw some Buster CYLs in trade posts and penwish, some have metal rings, where does it come from? And where do you put the the metal rings and anyball grips? Thanks.

The rings come from the airfits i think and you can put the grips anywhere you want
