Welcome to the tut on how to make the Passer STF

This is a very simple, very cheap and mod. This would be a great mod for beginners as myself because it lets them learn how to mod, find accessable pens (especially if you are from the US) to make the mod, and it allows them for a simple practice tool to learn the fundamentals especially the infamous finger pass. Its not too light yet its not too heavy which is why i think it would be a good mod. The only main downside is its not circular but triangular for easier griping when doing finger passes or triangle pass

    Spoiler:

Step 8: Put the tops into the caps and you are done biggrin.gif

    -----------------------------------------------------------------
Gratz biggrin.gif, you made a passer STF. Please keep in mind this is made for finger pass and triangle pass practice. It also works for spinning regularly but a rounder barrel is recommended

    Q&A
    -----------------
    Q: Wtf? y a triangular barrel
A: its easier for practicing fingerpass and triangle pass therefore making a noob as myself be able to fingerpass and stuff faster when using a round barrel

Q: Why is the name so much like the Buster
A: well the buster was made especially well for busting, the passer is made especially well for passes

Q: Why does Kuma<3 keep flaming you?
A: because he has no life other than entertaing himself by flaming noobs who are trying to give noobs as themselves something better to spin than a wooden pencil

Doesn't that pen have a triangular body? Correct me if I'm wrong.

BTW, a word of advice, you should try to zoom in on your pictures more. It's really hard to see what's going on in the pictures.

Oh yeah, and you should try sanding down the nub/clip that protrudes from the cap down and adding grips over top, it might help make it spin and look better.

One last thing, I don't remember seeing this pen in the Show Off Your Pens thread (Again I could be wrong)...I'd advise you to post a picture of your mod in the SOYP thread first and then making a tut after that if you get good feedback and if people are requesting a tut.

    The tut is not bad...
The pictures are terrible, and penspinning has gotten to the point that taking any pen, doublecapped in and adding 2 heavy tips is not considered anything new.
    Doesn't need a tut specifically.
As well, triangular bodies are terrible for doing almost all tricks (although it can be a personal preference) as your tricks involve passing or catching, and a triangular body has certain place where you cannot catch or pass easily at (the corners), and for this reason, is generally frowned upon in penspinning.

Also, once again, Show Off Your Pens, is a useful resources for showing off your mods before making tuts, and looking for interest.
    Please use it.
    Thanks!

I wouldn't like the mod itself because of the triangular body, but the tutorial actually follows the rules, which is impressive (even though it's supposed to be a minimum requirement).

I hope this flux of formatted tutorials is because of my idea to make the guidelines more noticeable smile.gif

I personally want to try spinning a triangle pen thing, thanks!

The only downsides I can see to this tutorial are how you didn't first post in the Show off your pens thread, and that the pics are kinda fuzzy...

But still, the tutorial is in good format and this is a unique design.
