Pen Modifications / Your first modded pen?

What was your first modded pen? Mine was the Comssa. Its pretty much teh only pen I have right now. xD

my first pen mod story is rather interesting
i was doing a catch up test for S&E (SOSE for some people)
i surprisingly was able to make a bictory with the tools at hand (mainly scissors, the taking the backplug out was a bitch)
and i passed the test as well (just)
but then i lost it
the first pen that i modded and i still have is a mod i made one night when i was bored
and i made a bictory again after that as well -

My first REAL pen mod was an NX MMT. But like before that i was throwing together random pens together anyway i could to make a "pen mod"

my first mod was a double capped uniball eye http://www.cultpens.com/acatalog/Uni-Ball_...Rollerball.html , with an ernergell grip in the middle and these random grips on the ends. then when i made a bictory i thought it was really long >.<

my first modded pen that i ever used was an mx, but it was my friends.
the first pen ever in my possession, is when i bought from penwish.

my first mod that i made was a knock off bictory (i used this because the back plugs were alot easier to get out)
i made about 20 of these and sold them at school for $0.50 each. -

my first pen mod was original bictory with some radically different parts. It sucks in sense of appearance. but VERY VERY VERY good for beginners. It's light, but it spins slow. Especially perfect for people wanting to learn sonics.
I only make original pen mods. I have some RSVP MX and comssas but I rarely spin them. -

Mine was a modified rsvp mx.
I used a dr.grip cog inside grip and a random metal tip....
then about 2 weeks later i got my first black hggs
I still have my first one.. -

My first was a regular old full red MX with no insert, which I eventually turned into an NX MMT and then lost lol
I remember taking like half an hour to make it, whereas now I can make MXs in about 5 minutes

After that, a real Bictory and then two bic pens glued together and an MX (made with the wrong tip+grip but fixed with hot glue ) -

A red-and-blue Bictory with about a third of a Zebra Z-Grip grip on each cap for a little extra weight.
It's a bit short, though, 'cuz I couldn't remove the back plug so I cut it. -

First thing I spun, pencil with a grip stuck on one end and part of an MP on the other, and stuck some coloured post-it paper to the ends xD
First mod, bictory with random grips, then I got a comssa and totally ditched bictories LOL -

funny story
I wanted to make an RSVP MX, but I didn't want to trade, cause I was such a n00b and didn't even have an account.
But I also didn't want to make one without an HGG grip. because I didn't want one that was super fake, the tip I was gonna use a signo.
So I was sitting in class one day and it was like, a message from god or something.
I looked down, and there was an HGG grip. just lying on the ground. Like WTF? they don't sell those here.
So I made an all blue RSVP MX with blue RSVP colors
But I used a signo tip.
And then like a week later I remade it with some more tips cause I wanted something heavier.
And I still stand by it today, when I say that, this mod is easily one of the best mods I've ever spun.
A little heavy for me now, but still, I spin it on a regular basis (more often than I spin either of my KTs) -

well, i went over do DaeHa's house i think a week after i he got me into penspinning and i saw all of his modding supplies and he showed me the simple comssa. he also showed me his bonkura KT and i saw the tips were held on by these clear grips. so i took some of his and put them on the ends of the comssa and took two similar looking pieces and put them on the ends held on by the grip. then he had these cool looking ridged grips and so i put those on there aswel!
then i went home and thought that it was too light so i put lead (the acctual metal) inside the rsvp back caps and it spun much better!
i acctually have a picture:

it turns out its a comssa tipped with leadfilled rsvp back caps held on by dr grip grips accompanied by sailor grips and a black hgg inktube put in place so it could write XD
that was all i spun for about 3 months until i lost one of the caps at a football game... then i started trading.... -

my first mod was made from some random gel pen, a random cap with a clicker inside, a gold tip and lakubo grip. 17cm long xD
i switched to something else 2 months later though -

well yea, you buy it in coils at hardware stores. its soft enough to cut with wire snips and i shape it into disks with a hammer and then push it inside the backcaps. i think the lead i have is left over from my pinewood derby cars

dont you fear that when ur spinning, it might go onto your hands and then you might ingest it???
probably not good for me at all, since i tend to put pens in my mouth..... -

first i made a BicTory mod before i even know that this mod exists
,
and i put metal balls at the end of each caps. then i put eraser caps onto the caps, making the weight 20 g.
lately i connected two empty flexgrip body with its backplug(so you could always unscrew it and put into your pencil case
)
today i reversed the inktube of a unknown pen that i found on the lawn. ill post pics later when i got home. -

Someone to have their first mod as some really advanced and well-known one, like Sunburst mmt or something. I REALLY expected BICtory's, Comssa's, and MX's. -

lol just different color...
body= thin pencil + masking tape colored with permanent marker and covered with scotch tape
caps= cheap pen + dong- a my gel pen covered with scotch > masking colored with marker > covered w/ scotch tape
tips= the rubber lock thing from zoids lol -

my first modded pen was a personal mod using 2 fexigrip, 2 anyball, 2 monami, 2 signos, and something else. I didn't really plan to make what i ended up making. I made bits by bits and added on tips/grip to make it heavier. Its actually funny because i didn't know pen modding existed when i first modded my pens.

My first mod was a BICtory. It wasen't good at all though. I used rubber bands for grips and loaded the body with electrical tape for some reason. I ended up learning all of the basic tricks with it, but ended up scrapping it for parts for other BICtories, better ones mind you.

but i didn't know what mxs looked like so I ended up getting another backcap and glueing it to the front, and sticking 2 inktubes together with hot glue and sticking it in there

I just made my first real mod. The RSVP MX. I just need to finish it with the Pentel HGG tip and grip. I made a BICtory, but I don't ever use it. And it sucks. But that's it.

Mine was a double erasered pencil with random grips and plastic tips (still have it). Then I made 5 Rsvp V1's and changed my black V1 to an MX variation made with a G2 grip and a random golden tip. Im still spinning the MX variation but I'll order from penwish soon.
