    I saw lost of trade thread topic poster double posting 'update' 'bump'. Are they allowed to double post?

    Yes. only once every 3 days.

    Yes.
    Within trade threads, you are allowed to bump the thread every 3 days.
    Any more than that in that time is considered double posting.

    Within other sections of the board there should be no need to ever double double post.
    If you need to update what you said, use the edit button.
