This is something I'm trying to improve. I've found many flexible pencils market. Grips and tips can be added to these mods to make it a litlle more stable. They shouldn't be really flexible because since that affects our spinning.
Discuss about any flexible pens/pencils you've seen and ways to improve for efficiency in spinning.

Ugh... don't remind me of that freaking thread.
Um... overall, I think they're not very good for spinning because you can't control the shape.

I've experimented with the pencils as well, the end result is like a flimsy glue stick. What I think has potential is using the super-pirat soft-feel body. There' a good amount of mods that can be made with it. Things like a soft-SEVEN/Kuzu/Saizen/Key3/Ayatori are things that I have tried, but the trouble is they don't spin like the original mod itself. Or at least relatively.

No offense, but there really is not a whole lot of future potential with flexi pens other than soft-body conversion mods.

yeah i dont really see an advantage in a flexible mod

I imagine they'd be pretty durable and would be fun to do tipped sonics with, but I agree with what has been said. But I imagine you can do some pretty interesting things with them, perhaps bend them to for pressure for some spin trick. I say there are possibilities unexplored with a flexible pen. I'd give it a try if I could mod one.

Instead of trying to knock down this whole idea. If somebody wants to start experimenting with this it really couldn't hurt. The thing that comes to mind is something sort of like the bali-yo. Multiple sides to try, could potentially have some really cool hybrid combos with that.

This seems more like a venture into an extension of E2B mods.

Alright, I got one and tried it out.
    Cons:
    1. Very little momentum unless you wanna weigh down the ends... then the mod just bends.
    2. It's probably gonna be a stick. Or a flexible stick.
    3. It is really good for infinities and what not... but it sucks when it comes to big spins, etc.
    4. Way too hard to control. I'll help with IPBA's and whatnot where the pen "wraps" around the hand, but my sonic catch rate is like 1/5... the top just keeps flopping around.

    Pros:
    1. Good for wiper, infinities, etc.
    2. "Sticks" to your hand... {like a GA... maybe a Tornado?)
    3. There's a whole new world of tricks out there using a flexible pen mod.

Btw, I used a flexible pencil.
