Where to find Pens in.... / San Francisco

    I know this is probably answered elsewhere on the site, but I only find outdated lists

    I am going to SF soon and I wanted to know where to find rare pens. I know there are a lot of spinners in the bay area so i was hoping they could help me. I know that i can find hyper Jells, lakubos, signos, hi tecs etc in Kinokuniya japantown but other than that i dont know of any places to find rare pens like HGGs

    umm you can't really find any rare pens here...
    i know one store that sells cartoon comssa packs but other than that, you pretty much listed like most of the japanese/non-American pens you can get here
    and NO FOR THE LAST TIME YOU CANT GET HGGS HERE....LIKE ANYWHERE...ANYMORE sleep(1).gif
    although there are places in art stores that sell old hgrs (hgg tips)

    if you're only going to SF, yeah kinokuniya is pretty much the only place you can go
    you'll have a lot of fun just from there thumb.gif

    Ichiban-kan has hella cheaper signos than kino. its in the mall across from the one with kino in it.

    My mom's going to SF soon, is there really Cartoon Comssas there? If so, where?

    I dont know about cartoon comssa but in general the best pens are at: daiso(not in sanfran), ichiban kan(japantown), kinokuniya STATIONARY not BOOKSTORE(japantown), and Maido (by unionsquare)
