Don't be late in handing in your videos.
I highly recommend handing them all in by your manager via PM to me.
It can be a download link or a youtube link (or any other upload site), but I suggest youtube for the comfort of showing the videos.

Nope, if you can get things moving along I'm sure a line up at your discretion, and then maybe a system of "challenging" to go up ranks would be enough.
Heres what I would set up as the ladder system.
You can challenge up to 3 in front of you, If you win you take there spot and they are just 1 behind you, if you loose nothing happens.
You can either do best of 3 battles or however you decide I guess.
If the person accepts and doesn't turn in the video by the deadline ( one week at least) then it's an auto forfeit unless you talk about it with your opponent
The top 5 in the ladder will be the ummm like people in all the collabs and videos we release... if one of them isn't able to participate the 6th ranked person will be in it , something like that?...
Any ways, i'm sure no one will mind a pre determined ladder that lets them earn there way up or down ... -
