I've seen him do some SB moderating, redirect people to other topics, but otherwise, I haven't seen him do all that much. I say to retain the beta-mod status for another month... and re-evaluate later.
Yeah, I think he would make a great mod, but I'd like to see more from him.

I think you don't deserve any type of status. You spend hours on the shoutbox. So? Who cares? I think it doesn't get to out of hand that we actually need someone moderating it.

Finally realized that UPSB can't be serious for once.
There might not be a "need" for a mod on the shout box, but one could help reduce spam and what not, also its not like mods get paid, so its not costing anything for UPSB to have a mod for the shout box. Besides isn't it best if one get one BEFORE it one is needed. If one is needed it means it was put off for to long.
If we can have a mod that can improve the board a bit, and have no negative consequences from it why not.
Also how can you expect to be taking seriously when you add random cuss words into your sentences. -

and its not JUST the shoutbox JC moderates
hes a global mod which means he can mod other forums too
and he has. its not like he just talks on the shoutbox all day
and stop being so negative
this board is growing and we can always use a mod who can help out and contribute to the well being of the board -

Umm, isn't that a bit not fair? I mean, I don't know who gave you the SB ban or when, but you can't see the SB anyway, which means you can't see what JC's doing... If I were you I would've just nulled, simply beacuse I don't know if he's good or not, but you immediately said something like "I can't see if he's doing his job, so he's probably bad at it" and voted to strip powers...
seems unfair to me, but I'm not the one that'll tell you what to vote.
