    Here's a small Youtube theory...

Iunno if anyone notices, but certain file types will end up horrible quality on youtube.
I used a DC that captured REALLY good quality vids but once i uploaded the raw file (Quicktime clip), youtube turned it into a laggy clip.
The next video i used the SAME camera, but i had to cut out the beginning messed up parts of the raw clip, so i used WMM (sad, i know).
After the clip is done, it's now a WMA, i uploaded it on Youtube and it turned out to have DESCENT quality.

For those of you that got good quality vids on youtube, what file type are your videos? I think it has a huge impact on the Youtube uploader.

    Just my small theory =]

@penja: yes, in both videos, i was using the same editing program, Sony Vegas and the same capturing program that comes together with it. and the resolution was 360x240, fps was set to 30, as usual.

@chobi: your video has a high quality, but the fps was not as good.

so i guess i will just try Hope's method, to render the video file in wmm and see the effect of it.
