Hey everyone
Sorry for my lack of activity here on the forum. I was actually working behind the scenes to produce the following:
-Ranking System aka Ladder System
- Ranking Matches
--- to be held once every 2 weeks upon challengers request
- Ranking Tournaments
--- to be held every 3 months
--- Team Leader does not participate but in special cases should participate
-Positions
- Regular
--- More privilages in terms of participation with important collaborations and other events
- Member
--- Smaller privilages in terms of participation with collaborations and other events

How do we become a "regular" member?

I would guess that regular member would be like the top 5 or so members on the ladder.

the rankings in general will all be set after our first official tournament as a team. since our numbers grow at an irregular pace we're controlling it. our max capacity is reached (20) so we will soon have a tournament inside the team which will decide the ranks.

There are 2 tournaments that will happen in the team, the yearly tournament and the ranking tournament. the yearly tournament, which is held yearly, is to decide team captain. the ranking tournament is to decide ranks among the team, thus setting up those who will become the regulars and those who will remain the members.

the purpose of the team forum is to have everything nicely organized. if we did everything here including ranked matches it'll be sorta messy if you get what i mean.
