It's a twisted cobra bite. Although I'm not sure how the naming is doing. Other frenchies are calling it a reverse swivel...w/e.

To my understanding, it's a palm-down FL Pinkyaround P4-12. People usually do a bak rev after it. And yes, it's that thing Eri does in WT.
And if you haven't learned it already isae, you should. It's easy and makes a decent finisher. I like doing cont ones. -

Here is a video about swivels :
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mI19-gmxHiM
But as charlie said, swivel is not an official name, just a french name for tricks using a reversal of the hand. -

swivel tricks are a series of 0.5 around hybrids, and the naming is not official
it's in the last clip of this video -

how come when i do it, i end up on the other side for the starting position of FL TA Reverse?
-
Date: Tue, Apr 14 2009 04:50:50
i dont really know what you mean... you mean the pen's position?
it's pretty easy for me, once i have it in my palm it's simple to just swing it up and do a fl ta rev -

Ahah! I sorta copied this thing from pyralux, not knowing what it was.

Almost got this down, however after doing the bit after the bak part (that weird twisty thing) having problems catching it. Any pointers? Or just practice?

Try practicing it with a small aerial. Like a small jump. Do a bakriser (a small one)and catch it in the ending position. You can reduce the 'jump' later and get it. -

I think the notation of this trick would be neo bak 12-4>hand around>catch
Or something like that... -

The Neobak is not part of the Twisted Cobra Bite.
For example, you can do Baktap Rev B12-B12 ~ Twisted Cobra Bite, or Shadow Rev T1-34 ~ Twisted Cobra Bite.
And there is no Handaround in this trick, it's only a "twist of the hand" and a catch, that's the Twisted Cobra Bite.
You can also do the Cobra Bite, which is more like an aerial (watch Skatox's tutorials). -

so what exactly is the notation?
twist hand>catch? -
Date: Thu, May 14 2009 12:49:02
The notation is Twisted Cobra Bite.
