General Discussion / Why do some people like to have many mods?

IMO, I think it's either 1) he/she is a pen mod collector or 2) he/she wants to try all types/as many mods as he/she can.

Yeah, i know collector, and maybe if she/he has friends that sort of penspin they might lend them a pen to use.

Thinks like that? If everyone thinks that there's someone, who is also a pen modder and has lots of mods, spinning near them, then no one would be modding. But if people thinks that no one's spinning near them, they may make an effort to mod. So does the "that" refers to your opinion or mine? -

ehehe i have no idea what u are talking bout it is jus too high lvl
OH I GET U but then ppl will start to learn pen spinning and take then pens from him..so if the person is smart enought he will not mod -

No, you see... let's go back to a few posts ago. You said this "but wait if everyone thinks like tat no one will ever make mods".
What I'm trying to say is, are you trying to say everyone will not mod if no one spins near them(because you quoted my opinion so that makes the most point) or because there'd definitely be someone spinning him/her. -

Well... in my opinion(again), some/most/all people likes a few types of mods(like me) so yea... and getting more than 1 mod isn't bad. You get to try some other types than just stick to 1 heavy/light/long/short mod and see which type suits you best. So in the end after testing out all those mods you got a chunk of them.

well from my perspective (a person who has no pens) i would like some simply to see what other pens out there would nicely fit my spinning. though i completely gave up on that i'm quite sure it's what many other people would want at first. or other people might try to make slight profit by selling..?

for trading/collecting
they might want to see what different mods spin like, or prefer to spin different mods when they feel like it. or use particular mods to train smoothness, cont. tricks etc.
or maybe they have too much money xD -

i somewhat agree wif u...but fer me i collect and mod fer fun!! hahas i usually do modding to kill time as well as to improve my modding skill -
