Project description: As you may know, the Magnuss effect is commonly observed in many sports where a ball spins, such as soccer, tennis, ping pong, baseball...
So it's possible to give this effect to a pen? The only we need is a pen spinning [in the air] around the axis that goes from one end to the other; and a pressure on his body, that could be given by a finger.
Why? Theoretically is possible, so practically would give a new dimension to aerials (and maybe to other tricks).

I think this effect needs a heck of a lot of rotations a second! A pen would have to travel vertically upwards (tip or back to the ceiling) with a lot of spin for this to create a sideways motion. Any motion would be very insignificant though!
